Our fully air-conditioned 7500sqft state-of-the-art facility on three floors is equipped with performance strength equipment from elite manufacturers Atlantis, Hammer Strength, Watson, Life Fitness and Panatta. Physique Gym provides an unrivalled training experience not just for elite athlete, but those who wish to work out like one.

Each machine has been hand-picked, tried and tested (on the many journeys around the country) by our owners Chris and Lee-Anne to ensure that only the best elite performance strength equipment has been selected for Physique Gym.
